The article should have a scientific novelty, significance of the problem, and clarity of presentation. The Editorial Board does not accept articles simultaneously sent to other journals, as well as manuscripts that have already been published somewhere else. Monitoring of unauthorized citation is carried out using the Antiplagiat system. The originality of the paper must be at least 75 %, otherwise, the manuscript will be rejected.

The article is to be retracted should there be found and confirmed any signs of plagiarism, data falsification or other serious violation. The article itself remains on the website of the journal and in the library at elibrary.ru, with the note that the article has been withdrawn, the reason and the date of retraction. The initiator of retraction may be the authors of the article themselves, authors whose works were plagiarized, the editorial board, or any reader of the journal who discovered a violation of the Standards of Editorial Ethics (via the service “File a complaint”). The retraction procedure is carried out within 5 working days. After the article is withdrawn and the relevant information is posted on the journal’s website, the Editorial Board sends an official letter to the Russian Index of Science Citation (RISC).

The authors are responsible for the content of the article, originality, objectivity, and validity of the published materials, the accuracy of the results, the absence of plagiarism/falsification, and the correctness of references to the cited works.
