Abstract
In the article problems of patients’ treatment with critical lower limb ischemia is considered. Influ ence of haemostatic system disorders to development of early postoperative period complications after performing of vascular reconstructions is emphasized. On this basis “pseudotarget” technic of controlled disaggregate complex and anticoagulant therapy is proposed in patients with critical ischemia. Efferent therapy usage is pathogenetically proved. Theoretical benefits of high-volume continuous hardware plasmapheresis with donor plasma replacement are shown in comparison with other methods.

Abstract
In the work-up the patients with hypertension have undergone medical and complex rehabilitation treatment on the basis of hirudoreflexotherapy, degree of vegetative nervous system activity was evaluated in each patient, systolic (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), coagulogram, lipid profile before and after treatment. Statistical and bio-informational analyses of body state vector in patients with hypertension along with lipid metabolism disorders showed an increase of sanogenetic potential and adaptive capacities of organism after treatment in the study group examined in comparison with the control one. It has been discovered that after a course of complex rehabilitative treatment, quasi-attractors pathology parameters returned to quasi-attractor sanogenesis.

Abstract
Frequency of congenital heart defects on average 8-14 per 1 000 live births, 20-25 % are critical congenital heart defects. There is a tendency to increase the number of registered UPU, which is due to improvement of prenatal and early neonatal diagnosis by echocardiography. However, detection of CHD depends on awareness of neonatologists and paediatricians of high-risk groups and early diagnosis of CHD principles, improving organizational aspects of health care. Congenital heart defects are the cause of at least 11 % of infant mortality as well as more than 50 % of all deaths due to congenital malformations.
