ГАСТРОИНТЕСТИНАЛЬНЫЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ЦИТОМЕГАЛОВИРУСНОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ
Аннотация
Цель – на основании анализа научной литературы дать представление об актуальности гастроинтестинальной цитомегаловирусной инфекции, ее возможных клинических проявлениях, способах диагностики и возможностях лечения. Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ литературных источников по базам данных eLIBRARY и EBSCO с глубиной поиска 7 лет. Поиск проводился по ключевым словам «цитомегаловирус», «диарея», а также их английским эквивалентам. Дополнительный поиск – по пристатейным спискам литературы для изучения первоисточников. Результаты. Описаны клинические проявления данного заболевания, способы лабораторной и инструментальной диагностики, их достоинства и недостатки в разных группах больных.
