LEFT CORONARY ARTERY ORIGIN DEFINITION CASE FROM PULMONARY TRUNK AT OUTPATIENT STAGE IN ONE YEAR OLD ASYMPTOMATIC CHILD

Abstract

Origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary trunk of pulmonary artery, its “ephebic type” doesn’t have a low clinical performance. Clear interpretation of available data, same as picture of echocardiography, lets one make a precise niveau diagnosis by noninvasive methods at outpatient stage. By revealing one year old child’s abnormality, a surgical correction has been made: left coronary artery into aorta with benign outcome.
