ЭТИОЛОГИЯ ВНЕБОЛЬНИЧНОЙ ПНЕВМОНИИ У ДЕТЕЙ ДО И ПОСЛЕ НАЧАЛА ЭПОХИ КОНЪЮГИРОВАННЫХ ВАКЦИН

Аннотация
Цель – анализ изменения этиологии внебольничной пневмонии у детей до и после начала применения конъюгированных вакцин против Streptococcus pneumoniae и Haemophilus influenzae типа b для выработки диагностических стратегий и эмпирических методов лечения. Проведен обзор опубликованных данных научной литературы в базах данных PubMed, Web of Science и РИНЦ о демографических показателях, особенностях спектра возбудителей внебольничной пневмонии у детей до и после глобального внедрения конъюгированных вакцин во многих странах. Введение плановой вакцинации детей против Streptococcus pneumoniae и против Haemophilus influenzae типа b резко сократило заболеваемость и тяжесть внебольничной пневмонии у детей. Существенно снизилась доля типичных бактериальных возбудителей и возросла доля вирусов и атипичных бактерий (Mycoplasma pneumoniae) в этиологии внебольничной пневмонии у детей.
