В основу исследования положен анонимный опрос Ассоциации флебологов России. Разослано 200 анкет, каждая их которых содержала 7 вопросов. Обратно вернулась 71 анкета с ответами. В результате опроса установлено, что группа детерминированных осложнений постоянно сопровождает хирургов, выполняющих склеротерапию. Лидируют в этой группе меттинг (с ним встречались 96,8 % опрошенных) и гиперпигментации (с ними встречались 96,1 % опрошенных). Среди стохастических осложнений лидирующие позиции занимал тромбоз глубоких вен, с которым встретились 30,2 % опрошенных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study objective is the estimation of complication rate after various sclerotherapy options. The data have been acquired through a Russian practicing vascular surgeon survey. The study is based on an anonymous survey by the Russian Association of Vascular Surgeons. 200 forms, 7 questions each, have been mailed, 71 filled forms have been returned. The survey shoes that a set of certain complications routinely accompanies sclerotherapy surgeons. The leading complications are metting (reported by 96.8 % survey respondents) and hyperpigmentation (reported by 96.1 % survey respondents).
