Целью работы было изучение частоты встречаемости феномена кистообразования при хронических процессах в слизистой оболочке желудка. Проведен анализ клинических данных и морфологическое исследование гастробиоптатов и операционного материала у больных с хроническим атрофическим гастритом (ХАГ, 1-я группа) и раком желудка (РЖ, 2-я группа), ассоциированными с системной недифференцированной дисплазией соединительной ткани (ДСТ) и с группами сравнения у пациентов с той же патологией, но без признаков ДСТ (3-я и 4-я группы). Показано, что кистообразование различной органной локализации характерно только для пациентов с признаками ДСТ (1-я и 2-я группы) со статистически значимыми различиями с группами сравнения, ассоциируясь в группах с РЖ с большей частотой кишечной метаплазии и дисплазии. Все это, вероятно, позволяет рассматривать феномен кистообразования как один из маркеров или важнейший фенотип нарушения эпителио-стромальных отношений.

The study objective is the investigation of cyctogensis occurrence rate in chronic gastric mucosa disorders. Clinical study data have been analyzed; morphological examination of gastric biopsy specimens and surgery tissues taken from patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG, Group 1) and gastric cancer (GC, Group 2) have been performed and associated with systemic undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (CTD); the control group has included patients with the same disorder but with no CTD signs (Group 3 and 4). It is shown that cyctoenesis in various organs occurs only in CTD patients (Group 1 and 2) with a statistically significant difference from the control groups. In the GC groups it is associated with a higher intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia occurrence rate. It leads to the conclusion that cyctogenesis can be considered as one of markers or the primary epithelial-stromal relation disorder phenotype.
