представлена новая процессная модель проведения инвазивных вмешательств на щитовидной железе под сонографической навигацией, выполняемых в амбулаторных условиях по стандартизованному алгоритму действий каждого участника технологического процесса – врача-хирурга, врача УЗИ, медицинской сестры. Соблюдение алгоритма обеспечивается внедрением в практическую деятельность чек-листа, представляющего собой унифицированный опросник, в котором описаны последовательные шаги всех членов бригады – от укладки пациента на операционном столе до окончания операции. Внедрение данного алгоритма позволяет значительно сократить риск развития пери- и послеоперационных осложнений, повысить эффективность внутреннего контроля качества и безопасность медицинской деятельности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a new model of the process of invasive thyroid interventions performed under sonographic navigation on an outpatient basis following standard algorithm of operation for each member of the technological process: a surgeon, an ultrasound doctor, and a nurse. The algorithm is managed by a checklist in a form of a unified questionnaire with sequential steps for all team members, namely from laying the patient on the operating table until the end of the procedure.
