Цель – анализ сведений в современной научной литературе о роли недостаточности и дефицита витамина D в развитии иммунопатологических состояний, формировании острых и хронических заболеваний носоглотки в детской возрастной группе. Материал и методы. Информационный поиск проведен по ключевым словам, объединенным в блоки для выявления различных аспектов влияния витамина D на организм. Проанализированы научные публикации в отечественной и зарубежной литературе, в том числе обзоры рандомизированных контролируемых и клинических исследований в базе данных PubMed, включающей сведения из Medline и PreMedline, и на платформе eLibrary. Глубина поиска – 10 лет. Результаты. Витамин D является одним из ключевых факторов, связывающих врожденный и адаптивный иммунитет. В обзоре представлены данные об участии активного метаболита витамина D (кальцитриола) в процессе воспаления, противоинфекционном иммунитете, а также о протективном действии достаточной обеспеченности витамином D в отношении риска развития вирусных и бактериальных инфекций респираторного тракта детей.

The study aims to analyze the contemporary scientific literature on the topic of vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency role in the development of immunopathological conditions, formation of acute and chronic diseases of nasopharynx in children. Material and methods. The search was carried out using keywords combined in groups to identify various aspects of vitamin D effect on the organism. The analysis of scientific papers of Russian and foreign literature, including the reviews of randomized controlled clinical researches, was carried out in PubMed database with data from Medline, PreMedline, and in eLibrary platform. The search depth was 10 years. Results. Thevitamin D is one of the key factors that links innate and adaptive immunity. The review presents evidence of vitamin D active metabolite (calcitriol) participation in the process of inflammation and in anti-infective immunity, as well as of protective effect of vitamin D sufficiency in relation to the risk factor of formation of inflammatory and bacterial infections of respiratory tract in children.
