На основании собственного опыта авторами предложен и внедрен клинико-диагностический алгоритм при острых заболеваниях жировых привесков ободочной кишки, который позволил улучшить результаты лечения данной когорты пациентов. Эффективность консервативного лечения достигает 19,2 %. Лапароскопия остается оптимальным методом диагностики и лечения.
On the basis of own experience the authors proposed and implemented a clinical diagnostic algorithm for acute colon epiploic appendage, which allowed improving the results of the treatment in this group of patients. The effectiveness of conservative treatment reaches of 19.2 %. Laparoscopy remains the optimal method of diagnosis and treatment.
