В обзоре представлены данные современной научной литературы о состоянии проблемы эндоваскулярного лечения хронической окклюзии при многососудистом поражении венечного русла. Показаны результаты исследований, проведенных в последние полтора десятилетия, включая систематические обзоры и метаанализы. Рассмотрены основные показания чрескожного коронарного вмешательства при хронической тотальной окклюзии и их эффективности.

In the review current scientific literature on the status of the problem of chronic occlusion endovascular treatment of coronary arteries in multivessel coronary lesions is presented. The results of studies conducted in the past 15 years, including a systematic review and meta-analysis, are shown. The main indications of percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with chronic total occlusion and its effectiveness are described.
