Показаны результаты исследований, проведенных в последние полтора десятилетия, включая систематические обзоры и метаанализы. Рассмотрены основные показания чрескожного коронарного вмешательства при хронической тотальной окклюзии и их эффективности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the review current scientific literature on the status of the problem of chronic occlusion endovascular treatment of coronary arteries in multivessel coronary lesions is presented. The results of studies conducted in the past 15 years, including a systematic review and meta-analysis, are shown.
