Широкого охвата популяции риска, регулярности проведения цитологического скрининга и высокого качества лабораторных исследований пока достичь не удается. Разработка новой технологии определения вируса папилломы человека, основанной на поверхностном плазмонном резонансе, открывает возможность построения новой эффективной и экономичной системы профилактики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this article is to review the state and prospects of the cervical cancer prevention in the Russian Federation. The provision of wide involvement of the risk population, appropriate screening regularity and high level of the lab-process quality is still cannot be achieved.
