Последнее десятилетие отмечается значительное увеличение интереса к проблеме хирургического лечения пациентов старшей возрастной группы с приобретенными пороками сердца. Широкий спектр моделей искусственных биологических протезов позволяет хирургу правильно подобрать метод коррекции порока сердца. Таким образом, правильный подбор модели протеза и метода коррекции порока сердца позволит улучшить отдаленные результаты хирургических методик этой категории тяжелых больных.Ключевые слова: пожилой больной, аортальный порок, протезирование аортального клапана, транскатетерное протезирование аортального клапана.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the article is to review modern cardiac surgery approaches to treatment of degenerative aortic valve failures. In the past decade there has been a growing interest in the problem of surgical treatment of patients of the senior age group with valvular heart diseases. A wide range of artificial bioprosthetic heart valves allows a surgeon to select properly the method for correction of a heart defect.
