Цель исследования - выявить различия пищевого поведения у детей дошкольного возраста, проживающих в городе и районе (селе), для повышения эффективности профилактических и лечебных мероприятий у пациентов с избыточной массой тела и ожирением. Проведено одномоментное исследование методом сплошной выборки 311 детей дошкольного возраста, проживающих в условиях города и района или сельской местности, с целью определения особенностей пищевого поведения и их различий. По результатам исследования установлено, что нарушения пищевого поведения с риском развития ожирения в большей степени характерны для детей, живущих в районах (селах), в сравнении с городскими детьми, несмотря на то, что у детей, проживающих в области, более низкая частота встречаемости избыточной массы тела и ожирения.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the differences of food behavior in children of preschool age living in a city and a district (village), to enhance the effectiveness of preventive and therapeutic measures in patients with excessive body mass and obesity. A cross-sectional study with the continuous sampling method involving 311 children of preschool age living in the city and rural areas was conducted for determination of eating behavior features and their differences. The results showed that eating disorders with the risk of obesity are more common for children living in rural areas, despite the fact that the city has a lower incidence of obese children.
