Орофарингеальная дисфункция является одним из основных факторов, определяющим трудности во время принятия пищи, приводящая к уменьшению потребляемых объемов пищи и развитию белково-энергетической недостаточности у пациентов с церебральным параличом. В обзоре представлены современные подходы к вопросам реабилитации пациентов. Учитывая первостепенную проблему питания, комплексная оценка нутритивного статуса больного с учетом тяжести дисфагии позволит оптимизировать энтеральную поддержку и повысить эффективность реабилитации детей с церебральным параличом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of the study is to review the scientific literature on the evaluation of nutritional status and manifestations of malnutrition in children with cerebral palsy. Oropharyngeal dysfunction is one of the major factors defining difficulties during taking of food, leading to reduction of the consumed food and development of protein-energy malnutrition in patients with a cerebral palsy. The literature review presents modern approaches to the rehabilitation of patients.
