Представленный клинический случай показывает новый поход к лечению пациентов с хроническими урологическими заболеваниями. Данные о роли артериовенозных конфликтов в развитии урологических проблем у мужчин в научной медицинской литературе практически отсутствуют. Клинический случай свидетельствует о том, что синдром Мея - Тернера может быть причиной рецидивного варикоцеле. Современный диагностический алгоритм у пациентов с варикоцеле не направлен на выявление синдрома Мея - Тернера и демонстрирует необходимость пересмотра показаний к хирургическому лечению рецидивного варикоцеле у пациентов с синдромом Мея - Тернера.

The presented clinical case shows a new approach to the treatment of patients with chronic urological diseases. Data on the role of arteriovenous conflicts in the development of urological problems in men in the scientific medical literature are practically absent. The clinical case indicates that the May - Thurner syndrome may be the cause of a recurrent varicocele. The modern diagnostic algorithm in patients with varicocele is not aimed at detecting the May - Thurner syndrome and demonstrates the need to revise the indications for a surgical treatment of varicocele in patients with the syndrome.
